This was the second year of New York City’s Fashion Night out. Last year I was covering the Roca Wear Party. This year, Burton hired me to shoot their FNO party at the SoHo flagship store. It was a seriously good time. I love it so much when I’m having such a great time, that it doesn’t even feel like I’m working. Huge thanks again to the NYC Burton crew, MFA and Timbo.
The SF Brand Chrome opened a flagship store in SoHo, recently. They had a press preview soiree the night before the grand opening. I was able to shoot it. Check out the details on SoJones.
Converse rocked the Williamsburg Music Hall, this week in Brooklyn with Kid Cudi. I also heard the group Best Coast, for the first time. It was a pretty pleasant discovery. It was the first time that I had been to the venue, and and I had almost forgotten that I read about Shepard Fairey doing the wallpaper for the joint, during his May Day campaign. Oakley turned 35, this year. I was able to cover the NYC party, held at the Reed Space in NYC’s LES for HighSnobiety.
